Ok so we had a dance last week. Some people told me that this guy was looking for me. So I went along looking for him! I eventually found him! And he stuttered and ask me if I had done a project...even though I always do my work! I think he likes me or something! What do you think? If he likes me, should I go confront him? Or should I wait for him to come and ask me?! But first....does he even like me?

yah he likes you. his "project" thing was just a way to start a conversation with you. make the first move, guys like that sort of thing. it shows you got some ovaries.

Either he is a big nerd-no one asks about homework at a dance-or he does in fact have the hots for you but just got nervous. Just flirt with hiom and see how he reacts, most likely he does like you so you won't really have to fear rejection by flirting or even asking him out! Go for it!
