Being a guy about 85% of the time this happens to me is because I'm anxious to see the girl becuase I miss her a lot and wish to impress her or make this day important. Sadly, however, the other 15% is because I dread seeing her and wish she would leave me alone. More so than never it's the previous. So it's a good thing for you (unless you don't want to see the guy.)

he likes you girl..i have experieced it,and im so happy when he s like.hes got a crush on you i guess.and when he meets you,he wants to talk to you,bit it seems like he got no topic to talk about rite?yeah hes nervous

well i think that he likes you. or he has to tell you something that is important to him.
