Well the phote editing program I have is Photoshop CS4, but I guess that won't work either way for you because you say it's too hard and it's pretty darn expensive (but it's one of my most treasured items, lol). Uh, like some said before me, there's always Gimp. I used to use that program a long time ago and it was always free. It's not the best photo editing program, but it is somewhat good and useful and it is free, you just have to go to the site. I don't know any other photo editing programs though. I mean I know Photobucket has that little feature now, but I don't know if that's what you're looking for. Good Luck!

That would be Gimp. It's a great program that allows you to edit photos and it is indeed free.

Gimp, is the vhoice of most of the peoples. Its free, open source and has many features and plugins.

I just use Microsoft Paint that came bundled with my XP Pro. Does everything __I__ want it to!!!hehehe!
You can go to http://www.download.com and shop around in there. They have all kinds of goodies!!!!!
