Become an atheist and live in reality and truth. Leave superstition behind.

First - don't choose Christianity because you think it will bring you earthly peace, or because you think it will make your life easy. Choose Christianity because it will bring spiritual peace when you know your sins are forgiven. Choose Christianity because you know it is true.

Second - if Islam is really a religion of peace, what do you have to fear?

Whether to stay or go - I can't advise you. Pray and do what you believe is best. When you read the New Testament you'll read about how many of the new Christians in the 1st century faced persecution. But, they stayed and stuck it out because they couldn't deny the risen Christ. You'll see the same stories in Foxe's Book of Christian Martyrs.

The last thing I want to do is tell you that you'll face persecution for your choice, but you very may well. The peace spoken about in the New Testament is a spiritual peace, not a physical peace. In some places it talks about a peace with God, because when your sins are forgiven there is no fear of punishment. It also talks about a 'peace which transcends all understanding' because deep down you know whatever happens, God will use it for His glory.

Jesus never said He was God. But not even Muhammad
was JUST a Prophet. He was a highly advanced spiritual
being that came to teach the people in that part of the world at that point in time.
God/Allah knew that Christians would corrupt His word just
as humans did before, and place themselves above others.
But now, muslims are doing the same thing they condemn.
Putting themselves above others.
Is this RIGHT?
There is a new faith called Bahai. You should look into it.
It is the progression from Christ, Muhammad, and other
messengers. The only problem is, they were told there would still
be more messengers, but they are hung up on their Prophet
too!
But it is correct in many ways. The spirit that lived as Jesus
Christ was the Morning Star. That is what he called Himself
in Revelation. He used His power to purge our world of
bad spiritual energy that we created with our spirits through
wars and violence. And He will indeed return for those
who help others to face the coming times bravely.
Maybe you can help your people, for Chrst is not a person or religion. It is the unifying of our Creators own body, of which
all our spirits are a spark of the LIGHT that God/Allah is.
"As the body has many members, and those members being many are one body, so is CHRIST!" The Book.

You live in a Christian based, Western country as a Muslim and have more fear of being persecuted as a CHRiSTIAN? I'm sorry, but that doesn't make sense to me.

Only one's heart can tell them the best road to follow, and if you are truly steadfast in your choice to convert, then your faith in Christianity should be greater than any fear of mortal man. The same applies to any religion, no matter where you are or what you believe.

Whatever you choose, I encourage you to do your research! Print out articles, talk to people, visit a church. Make sure this is what your heart and soul are telling you to do. From there on, even if you are no longer a fellow Muslimah I tell you freely God bless.

I understand your anxiety. I had it myself when I switched to my current church (the Catholic church.) I was a bit afraid because I came from a protestant background, and I was worried how my family would react to this.

The only advice that I can give you is that Christianity has many options; you don't need to make some significant gesture and say to your family, "I am a Christian." For now, it may be sufficient for you to follow quietly. That is what some of Jesus' own disciples did, such as Nicodemus. Indeed, Jesus warned that following him could cause division in your family. If you are not ready for that, then sometimes compassion for your family might mean being a "quiet Christian." Keep praying. This will give you the wisdom to decide what you want to do.

Understand most of all that to be Christian is not to be afraid. That is one of the things Jesus kept saying to those who followed him: "Do not be afraid." It is the most important thing to understand about being Christian. You do not need to be afraid anymore.

What you need to be is someone who prays... and asks God for guidance as to how to live. Fear? That should be in your past. To be Christian is to let go of fear. With Jesus, you no longer need it.

I can tell you why I believe, and perhaps it will help you make a decision.

1. The Bible was written by about 40 authors over centuries. They wove such agreeing truths without having met as a group, that I believe their words are truly inspired (inspired means God Breathed).

2. Fulfilled prophecy. About 40% of the Bible was prophetic when it was written. Considering the difficulty that modern-day meteorologists have predicting the weather (ha!) a day in advance, it is truly amazing that these people prophesized accurately about events hundreds of years in the future.

3. Archaeology. I can give one example: Sodom and Gomorrah. The Lord said it would be destroyed by fire, no one would live there ever again and crops would never grow there ever again. It is still desolate, and recent science has proven a strong sulfur content in the soil, one consistent with massive fires, equivalent to a volcano.

4. Miracles. They happen. I'm proof.

5. Answered prayer.

6. Changed lives.

7. Preservation. Hundreds of despots, athiests and uninformed people have tried to destroy the Bible over the centuries. Hasn't worked.

As for YOU ... only you can make the decision, BUT .. realize that the fear you are experiencing is because you ARE NOT following Jesus. There is no fear with Him. There are more references in the Bible to 'FEAR NOT' than there are to 'love.' Interesting, eh?

When you give your life to Jesus, you come to an understanding that our bodies are finite .. temporary. They will return to dust one way or another. Our SPIRIT is what is eternal, and it knows itself to be invulnerable. God made us in His likeness, and I believe that does not necessarily mean our bodies, but does mean the spirits that He gave us. That's why Jesus always told us to have FAITH...and we could perform the same miracles that He did.

Contact a non-denominational Christian ...or someone who is more interested in the relationship with Jesus than he is in the rituals of religion. I can give you some assistance. Check the links below ... someone will talk to you. OR email me and I will give you --specific--help. You will be in my prayers.

You are saying 2 different things. One Muslumism is a peaceful religion Two You are afraid to convert. If it is so peacful where does the fear come from. Move away but do convert. Do it quietly best of luck

Converting to another religion is not at all a bad thing, if it is not doing for material benefits. Even if you are doing it in true spirit you should never fear of the external pressures that forceth you backwards. The key for the success is not through fear, but it is through our willingness of facing the hindrances. Certain times we have to give up that we are holding for gaining something special that we deserve or wishes.

Ps. 121:1-2 "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my Help. My Help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth."

I would encourage you to get a copy of the Gospel of John and read it. Also read Psalm 23 and 1 John 4:18.

You may well be persecuted if you convert to Christianity. You may even be killed for converting. This is happening to Christians all over the world today.

Having said that, I would encourage you to become a Christian, because I believe that the only way to God is through Jesus Christ.

Look for other Christians that you can fellowship with and learn from.
I offer this prayer for you:
Lord,
Give this person the courage and wisdom to make the right decision. Give him/her the peace that can only be found in Jesus. Help this person to find other Christians to worship with.
Speak to this person through your Holy Spirit as he/she reads your Word. In the name of Jesus, amen.

Shouldn't you feel more fearful as a Muslim?

Convert to Christanity but don't live in fear.

God did not give us a spirit of fear.

Pray.

If you are truly sincere in your heart that it's Jesus that you want to follow, then ask the Lord to protect you and give you peace about your choice to follow him.

Ask the Lord to make those Muslims,( who will most definitely become your enemies once you choose Jesus Christ), live at peace around you.

You should pray this daily. Then trust the Lord to do the rest.
