Without quoting Wikipedia - here are the answers off the top of my head:
The Ecumenical Patriarch, His All Holiness Bartholomew I, is spiritual leader of ALL the world's Orthodox Christians. He is neither a pope (although he fancies himself to be one) but first among equals with the other FOUR Orthodox patriarchs - which I will not name for brevity.
OK, you have Archbishop Christodoulos - who is leader of the Church of Greece.
In the United States, you have Archbishop Dimitrios who is the leader of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese in the United States. The Archdiocese is an exarchate of the Ecumenical Patriarchate. On the same level with the Archbishop are 8 Metropolitans (New Jersey, Atlanta, Boston, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Chicago, Denver and San Francisco) who are appointed by the Patriarch (because he has friends in the US)
In Canada - Metropolitan Soterios leads the Greek Orthodox faithful in Canada.
In Argentina - Metropolitan Tarasios leads the faithful in South America.
Now, take the other 15 autonomous Orthodox churches and determine the leaders for each one of them in the United States or anywhere else for that matter.
Bottom line - there is no "one" Orthodox leader like the Pope is for Catholics. All the Orthodox are in communion with each other - I could take communion in Finland if I so desire - the leader of the Church of Finland is Archbishop Leo.

Greek Orthodox Church can refer to any of several hierarchical churches within the larger group of mutually recognizing Eastern Orthodox churches. Any Eastern Orthodox church that is ethnically Greek or uses a Greek liturgy may be considered "Greek Orthodox".
Among these are:
Orthodox Church of Constantinople, headed by the Patriarch of Constantinople, who is also the "first among equals" of the Eastern Orthodox Communion
Church of Greece, which has been autocephalous since 1833
Orthodox Church of Cyprus
Albanian Orthodox Church, a Church which uses the Greek liturgy, has ethnic Greek clergy and includes ethnically Greek population.
Eastern Orthodox churches with an ethnic Greek clergy include:
the Orthodox Church of Alexandria
the Orthodox Church of Jerusalem
Eastern Orthodox chuch which uses the Greek liturgy
the Antiochian Orthodox Church, which also had an ethnic Greek clergy until 1898
Greek Orthodox churches in the Americas and Australia are subject to the Constantinopolitan hierarchy. These should not be confused with the Slavic-rite Orthodox Church in America, which is partly recognised as an autocephalous Eastern Orthodox church, having been granted autocephaly in 1970 by the Patriarch of Moscow. This status is not recognized by the Ecumenical Patriarch nor by any other autocephalous Church.
Altough the Orthodox Church of Constantinople, headed by the Patriarch of Constantinople resides since many centuries in Istambul (Constantinople), the number of Greek Orthodox believers in Turkey has dramatically decreased over the last decennia as a result of implicit and explicit discrimination by the Turkish state.

The Orthodox churches are autonomous within each national body (eg, Greek Orthodox, Russian Orthodox, etc.) and each is led by a bishop called a patriarch (if I remember correctly). The most important bishop/patriarch is the patriarch of Constantinople. Right now, that position is held by Bartholomew I.
