Relationships are the awareness of two people of one another. The question your asking is do I have a healthy relationship with this woman that may end up in a long term relationship. First of healthy relationships may come as a result of “love at first sight” however infatuation is often the case. Some one who is a great friend may be great for a week but it is after a month in close contact one can see if you have the ability to establish a long term relationship. Sings of healthy relationships are how well do you deal with conflict with one another. Is one person always the winner and the other the loser? Under the age you have limited life experience. This affects your ability to develop long term relationships. If you’re under 25 you need to spend even more time to evaluate the relationship and make sure you have things in common and both have personal power not one over the other. This is a short but hopefully helpful response.

I would say you're not a "couple" until you talk about it and decide what that means for you. Before you talk "relationship" stuff though, just start by telling how you feel, the things you like about her, how you appreciate the time you spend together. This sounds like a nice beginning stage, but beginnings are over quickly so enjoy where you're at, let it develop at a comfortable pace for both of you. :)

Since some people can have "casual" sex, why can't there be casual kissing. On the other hand, you are seeing her bit more often than I would call casual. Keep it rolling in the right direction and a couple is what you may be.

Have a conversation with her. Ask her where her head is and whether this is a relationship. Tell her you'd like it to be.

You could ask her if she wants to be together with you & become a couple. Or she needs more time to know more about you. it depands.
