I know these are broad questions, especially about your favorite restaurant. I will be in NYC for 5 days on a girls trip, just two of us. I've been to NYC a few times but I know there are a million places to go. What are your favorites? Any suggestions? We're not necessarily looking for "fancy" but something that you think is a "must"!

One of the best spas in the city is called "Clay Spa" and it is on 14th Street. Bliss is also a good spa and they have more than one location. If you want really high end, the Georgette Klinger spa on 5th Avenue is amazing!
My friends and I love to go for drinks in some of the cool hotels - you should definitely try the Soho Grand, W Hotels, The Cellar Bar in the Bryant Park Hotel and 5757 in the Four Seasons.
For dinners - check out the restaurants in Hell's Kitchen - 9th Avenue between 57th and 42nd Streets. Zanzibar is fun, Xing is cool, Vynl and Eatery have great food and great cocktails.

Hudson Health Club (57th and 9th), Mitali East (Indian, 6th st. between 1st and 2nd), and there are music clubs on Bleeker east of 6th Ave.
