Which version of Paintshop Pro is the best?

I have the option to get any version 7 through 10. I am just wondering which one is the better one. I know 10 does not come with Animation shop.

10 I think is the best, I liked the way you browsed folders in 7, but 10 is definitely better at doing stuff.

As usual, the latest version is the best, since it always has addtional features + bug fixes.
