Discharge is normal during pregnancy. In some cases it will be thicker and more yellow than normal. The time to worry is with the discharge turns from brown to dark red to bright red. I would go see a doctor IMMEDIATELY if the discharge is brown. From there the doctor can monitor you and make sure everything is okay. If at any point you have any blood measuring a teaspoon or more GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM!!!!

I haven't experienced being pregnant but I'm in the medical profession and have worked 7 years in the hospital.
My advice is go to your OB-Gyne.Do regular check ups. It's called pre-natals and this is to make sure you and your baby are okay all throughout the pregnancy until you give birth. It also means that if there's something wrong, your doctor will take the necessary steps to prepare or to take care of it as soon as it's detected.
You may receive different opinions here but seeing your doctor would be best. You can never be too careful when it comes to babies.

You will be fine. If you start to experience burning or painful urination (UTI) or itchy yeasty smell (yeast infection) you should see your MD. If you start bleeding, whether spoting or a heavy flow or cramping (like menstral cramps) immediately go to the hospital. other wise don't worry. if you continue having discharge mention it at your next OB appointment. Chances are your Doc will want to run some vaginal cultures and STD tests.
Good luck and congrats.

I wouldn't worry too much as long as it was only once. If it persists see the doctor to check for any infection, but don't spend a sleepless night over it since it wasn't showing any blood.

If you are thinking it might have been a miscarriage you would know if you had one it is very painful almost just like labor pains. If you are not hurting and you feel normal I wouldn't worry about it. Hope this helps you relax
