hell no. so many bad reasons for this--he may influence you to do bad things, you may have a bad reputation, and most importantly, drugs and sex.

Well you know what you are still very young. My boyfriend is 7 years older then I am but I love him very much. It all depends on your guys personalities ect.. Sometimes it makes a big difference sometimes it doesn't. I would say wait in your case for a relationship at all. I would wait till you are at least 16 to go out with somebody that much older then you are. I waited till I was 19 and I think it was smart. Your a lot wiser and hopefully less likely to get dumped or hurt easily. Beings that you are young he probably will end up breaking your heart or trying to do stuff with you that you shouldn't do or dont' want to do.

THe age difference is too great. You should not go out with him.
You may be a mature 14 yr. old, however he is still too old. Appreciate this time of your life and don't get involved with an older guy who will want different things out of the relationship and possibly force you to make some decisions that you will regret later in life. Remain friends and if you're still interested in him when you are 17 then date him!!!!

well its up to you. my opinion is no! your still a child pretty much and as much as you will hate me to say this you need to go play with your friends. your too young to be dating and at his age he will want sex. its not a good idea for you to have sex with him because, a, you being young will listen to whatever lies he will say, not use a condom and get sti's or pregnant. he will leave you and you will be a kid looking after a kid. sorry sounds mean but its the truth. i have seen so many young girls go through this and it makes me angry. beside that point he is 3 years older meaning he cant be treated as a chidl so he can be charged with sexual penetration of a child or statutory rape which can land him in jail for a long time at the least he can get an intensive corrections order where he will have to report to corrections every week and undertake sexual predators courses and be listed on a sex offenders list . *australian* of course each country is different buy my main point is dont go there girl just have fun growing up into a beautiful lady. you dont want to get your heart broken so early in life. ;)

If you like him go for it. My first boyfriend was 16 i was 14. We went out for awhile he wanted some things i didn't want to give up so we eventually broke up but it was fun while it lasted. I like the memories. Its wasn't too serious. He quit school and my parents let him move in with us but he only stayed a few weeks we had seperate rooms and no sex. But it was fun.

What has he done? Are you the same in maturity and "experience"? Be careful because he might just be out to take advantage of you.

No. Trust your instincts. Dating should be fun, not an ordeal. Go out with guys you are more comfortable with.

No. His expectations are likely different than yours. Your parents (hopefully) would freak, and you might get in over your head.
