I have been experiencing a burning/painful sensation in my heels. If I overextend myself, it becomes very pai

At the end of the day my legs feel hot, heavy with a very tired achy feeling. Drs. have been unable to find out what is the problem. Help1

Restless Legs Sydrom.Go 2 walmart they sell these leg cramping pills they work good.I have the same thing my aunt told me about these pills they work great

Soak your feet in warm water and coffee grounds.

do u wear high heels? dont. also, try timberland cause they make really comfy shoes that provide support.
