I dont want to purchase it yet but both mine and my husbands doctor recommended that we buy it to look for ovulation and see what happens...Can someone let me know if it was a success for them, how long did it take for them to try, etc...Does anyone know forums i can go to to read up more about success stories....

I have one. It turned out we had problems that correct timing couldn't solve, so we didn't get pregnant with it, but it's not because the monitor didn't work. (We ended up having to do IVF to get pregnant.)

I really liked the monitor. IMHO it's superior to regular OPKs (ovulation prediction kits) because it gives you advance warning of when you are about to ovulate. OPKs only give you 12-36 hours notice, the monitor gave me 3-4 days notice so it allowed us to time sex in the most optimal days. (By the time you get a positive OPK, that can almost be too late for some people.)

My boyfriend and decided to try to concieve on Aug.24, 2006 and I bought a clear blue easy fertility monitor and started using it when my period began Sept.1, 2006 and on Oct. 5,2006 ( when I was due again) found out I was pregnant. I would recommend buying one. They are great. It gave me 5 days of high fertility and of course 2 days of peak fertility. You can go to www.clear blueeasy.com and read about the different things they haveand success stories. BEST OF LUCK !!
