Yeah the squiggly hairs are probably damaged. Use conditioner with coconut oil. It will help.

It is definately NOT damaged.......I'm a stylist and have seen this on many clients.....it's just your hair type....on some, if the hair is coloured, these squiggly ones tend to be grey, which is why it is also a different texture than the rest of your hair.
Not to worry, it's only a nuisance to you!

definitely damaged.. i had the same problem actually.the best way to get rid of it is to get a hair cut and then take care of your hair with protecting shampoos like vo5. it really works and my damaged hair is gone :]
