is there a way i can uncompress RAR files without downloading or installing software?

i am having sum trouble uncompressing files due to my lack of admin privs. i can't install Winrar because i don't have the admin rights so don't bother suggesting winrar.

goto sourceforge.net and serach for rar unzip.
Try this one http://sourceforge.net/projects/archivconvert/

Without administrative rights, you can't. You'll have to download some kind of program to unzip the files you're workiing with. If only an administrator can do that, then you need to talk to that person.
