yes it is a good feedback because all there saying is you are to good for what it is that you are trying to go for. its a nice way of saying you need to find a harder job because that one is way to easy for you to do.

It's a compliment if you don't read into it very carefully, but if you do, you'll realize that they meant to say that you've set your sights too low and need to be more ambitious.
