cuz i know i read the laws in california leg, and it says its only 16 and under with a 21 year old? well what about 17?

It clearly states "under 16".
You are not under 16.

first of all it clearly states that 16 years and younger is a felony or something like that and second of all why the hell do you want to have sex wit a 21 year old thats like 4 years difference well i guess that ain't bad but still why??????

I haven't actually read the laws but I've been told by lots of people the age of consent is 16, besides if u have read them I really don't understand why ur asking.

You're not under 16, but pregnancy is a bigger crime at your age because you are NOT equipped to handle a baby and there is NO SUCH THING AS SAFE SEX (including pills and condoms combined).

as far as I know 16 is the age of consent,I know it is in NV,so you should be fine as far as laws go.
