pick the people yourself. whoever doesnt like it can get over it. this day is about you and your hubby, not them

What do you mean, in the wedding party? Do you mean attendants, like in a wedding? Oh, no, if you are having a vow renewal, just have the blessing at the church, then a small dinner for family and friends. This is not a time for a do-over for your wedding!

Is there anyway to get the org people who stood up with you?

Otherwise pretend it is the first time...pick who you like. :)

(altho, I know as a daughter I would love to be my Mom' s matron of honour if they renewed!)

If you can't agree on that, maybe hold off on the vows until you do.
