In my family files I have Ima June Bugg.

If you have access to Ancetry.com, run a search on Santa Claus and you will find him listed in the 1930 census in Saline Co, MO.
He is also listed in the Social Death Index - died 26Aug2003
New York City Deaths - died 1Nov1896
and in 1881 he was convicted on Liquor charges in Fort Worth TX.

Other name that come on Ancestry.com as actual people.
Joe Cool
Joe Dirt
Joe Blow

And an odd that I always remember - Hooter Goatley

There are 8 people in 1880 named "Frost Snow". I have seen one in a cemetery named "Frost Norton Snow", so he could have written "Frost N. Snow" if he had wanted to.

The same site -
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=census/search_census.asp

has a ton of "Mary Christmas". The ones whose relationship is "Wife" were unintentional, but many are daughters.
