Didn't know that it was.
Always seemed strange to me that people with straight hair would go to a stylist and pay dearly to get their hair curled...while people with curly hair would go to their stylist and pay dearly to get their hair straightened. Guess the grass is always greener...

Because styles ebb and flow, and some day curly or wavy will probably be the popular style. I still see many popular actresses that have non straight hair, and they look lovely. Besides curly and wavy hair is a special and unique quality that adds a little novelty to a person and can be at times more attractive then the norm.

It's just the in style. To tell you the truth, it's going out too. The big hair is coming back in. But...personally, I still prefer straight hair. I look weird with big hair. I don't really do stuff according to the in styles, I just wear what looks good on me and my face.

i think it's because you can basically do any style with straight hair , you can curl it and whatnot .
