It sounds as if you have done some strenuous exercise which in turn you could have pulled a muscle causing it to radiate pain down to your leg and definitely lower back hip area. The best way to treat this, and this comes from experience with this type of pain is to use Epsom Salt. I take about 1/2 cup put a little water on it, to dissolve it, and rub it in the area where it hurts. Do it twice once a day, until the pain goes away. Leave it on. Try not to rinse it off. If you have any other symptoms which cause you pain when you breathe, seek medical attention.

That happens to me too! Only sometimes, not too often. Once a month maybe?
I went to the dr. who told me that headaches come in all shapes and sizes. He said that even though it doesn't last long, and doesn't seem like a typical headache, that is what it is. Just a brief "headache", and nothing to worry about.
I'd go to the dr., just to settle your mind, and get proper diagnosis. Other things that cause sharp pains like that (and blurriness) can be aneurysms, clots, improper vision prescriptions, migraines, tumors in your head cavity... etc. Get it checked.

Hi,, hmm,,, sounds like you need to see the eye doctor,,,, have an eye exam , make sure you dont have glaucoma .... if that is not it, you need to have your blood pressure checked, and tell your doctor about what is going on...
Try some Naprosin, it helped me with my headaches.... they never could determine what caused mine, they just went away.. but my scalp was sore to the touch... after they happened...
good luck
