I lost touch with a guy I really liked a few years back (it was my fault that we lost touch) and I'd really like to contact him again. I lost his email address but do have his home address. What should I do? I thought maybe write a letter but it seems a bit full on! Also, he lives in a different country to me which sort of adds to problem! This guy is very special to me so I'd really appreciate the help!!!!

You can do a search (a friend of mine found one of her long lost friends that way.) They usually cost a few dollars, but they'll get you every known address, email addy and phone number for that person for years back. There are search companies that work through Yahoo People Search. An email is easier to get answered than a regular letter. What if he is now married? What kind of problems would that cause if a letter showed up from a strange woman?

theyre right! there is no problem with writting him a letter. start with saying hi or hello. telling him on what you feel for him wouldnt be necessary. imagine if youre the guy and then someone writes you telling all what that person feels- wouldnt that make you feel cheap for that person? a friendly letter would be enough. if he doesnt writes back try again after a month. and if he still doesnt maybe youll get the idea that there must be a reason why he doesnt and why you should start enjoying your life with other friends.

Send him a postcard - not as full on as a letter. Or use Christmas as an excuse to send a card.
