A couple of deep fat fryers to fry the fish and chips. An oven (for the pies). Several large jars (for the pickles). Lots of paper to wrap the fish and chips in. A zat-the-flies blue tube thingy. A menu. A till to cash all the money you're going to make. A white apron. An assistant or two. A fire extinguisher. Public liability insurance. A sink. Several tubs of cooking oil. Cleaning materials.

Industrial size fryers set up with timers or sensors so your don't burn stuff, big sinks made of stainless steel, and a eco-friendly means of disposing of old oil from your cooking. I would hate to think you'd dump that yuck down the drain!!! Oh, and make sure you have lots of tongs and good utensils! And paper trays and waxed paper or parchment to serve your good eats in.

my suggestion would be to go around and find some other shops and see what they have. Then you can check brands and research those.
