There is no magic pill. Simply put a diet comprised of your caloric intake compared to your calories burned is what you need to focus on with an active lifestyle. Diet pills are just expensive pee.

There is no safe pill out there period, If you want to lose the weight though and you don't care about your insides as much as your looks then the answer is, Liporpin, I know this is miss spelled but my friend toke this pill and he lost over 110 pounds in 8 months. By the way that is not healthy!! A healthy body will look good and you will feel good and the only way to do that is to work out, eat right, and stay focused. Don't give up to the cup cake!!!!

None of then are "the best" as most work temporarily but as you know they are not recommended for the long term. I discovered that a natural and healthy approach is much better as I have tried all kinds of plans, diets, pills, etc (I'm 45). I just started a natural and healthy "No Diet Weight Loss" plan along with a healthy and natural high energy drink and I have lost 24 pounds and 2 3/4" in my waist in 31 days (Today being my 31st day on the plan). It really comes down to your choice and no one elses

Prescription diet pills. are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. More information on weight loss pills at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

If you want to lose weight fast, cut the sugar out of your diet, workout, and eat healthy foods in small portions. I don't trust diet pills... why gamble with your health?

I tried a great one last year called Tennuate Dospan - or known as Dospan. Sadly - they no longer sell it in Australia. I would love to get my hands on some if anybody knows where it can be purchased. The thing you must remember that you must spend the energy it gives you, otherwise you will be sitting there with a really fast heart beat. Duromine isn't that great and really expensive. Haven't tried any others.

I am no longer a Doctor however I do recognize there is not any dependable fast repair for a main issue that built over the years. Sure you might take nutrition capsules to reduce your urge for food, however no longer consuming is solely as unsafe as over consuming if no longer extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle healing is not anything extra the a contemporary day variation of what used to be referred to as snake oil which used to be offered out of the again of a blanketed wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be actual then it generally is."

Only take anything that your doctor advises. You will regret not worrying about the safety of such things, when you have severe heart or liver problems at an early age. Don't be uneducated.

Plan active dates together with your hubby, such as bowling or perhaps golfing, instead of dinner and a movie.
