It depends on where you live.

Soda and beer containers are made of aluminum, which is fairly easy to recycle because it is just one thing - aluminum.

Plastics on the other hand are more difficult to recycle and cost more to recycle. The problem is that not all plastics are alike - some are "harder" while others are "softer" - this makes the recycling process more cumbersome because there are different kinds of plastics (polyethylene, polypropylene, HDPE, LDPE, etc.).

They are in my city. We can recycle almost anything. If there's a little recycle symbol (and number) on the plastic container, it's recyclable.

It depends on where you live, I guess. The point is, nobody recycles anything, really. They just haul it out to the curb where it gets picked up and taken to the recycling plant. The recycling plant recycles things. So it depends on the ability of the recycling facility. The better the facility, the more recycling gets done.

They are recyclable, In Toronto they do collect those things, along with the pop and beer containers.

It depends on where you live, they are recyclable where I am. Call around to some recycling centers, could be they'll acept them... might even pay by the pound for metal ones.

Where I live, if it is plastic, it can be recycled. We even have bins for glass, and paper. they put the bins out at grocery stores sort of like a big garbage bin...

It depends on your waste management system and what they can handle.

Where I live they are recyclable.

The base of the bottle must be wider than the top of the bottle for it to be recyclable.
