i know that crying is just a release of emotions, but i am not depressed, i am a little stressed, but i am completely happy. i don't want to cry, but i do nearly every day. thank goodness i don't cry at school, but sometimes i cry when i'm with my boyfriend just because he is being sweet to me. i am very sensitive, but i have been more sensitive over the past few weeks than i have ever been before. is there some kind of medicine that will dry my tear glands or tear ducts so that i won't cry so much?

Crying can actually be good for you. It releases all that tension and helps with stress. Most people just don't like it because they don't know how to deal with someone who is crying.

Don't feel bad!

You are experiencing hormones. Normal, and OK. If you feel like it is not normal, go to your doctor and ask for a hormone balance test. This can tell you if maybe your hormones are out of whack from the normal. Then ask for a pregnancy test, if your are sexual active, it could be a problem. I got pregnant on birth control, so it can happen, not likely, but worth the ask. Maybe you are experiencing mood swings because of something that is going on in your life? Stress can be a big factor. I would always ask the doctor first.

STOP IT!!!

it sounds like psychological need for attention and for ppl to like you. I am only guessing a low self esteem. on a medical note, tears are made of sterile lymph fluid and chances are really good that you WONT run out. crying is caused by a chemical reaction in the hypothalamus, which is triggered in the part of the brain related to memory. You may want to seek some professional assistance for you possible hormonal or low-ego issues.

you could be in slight depressive state. stress can be subtle and in some instances you are not a good subjective judge.

talk to a counselor, doctor, parents, and very trusted friends.
sometimes you cant see the forest for the trees but some one else can help.
