Activities that require a lot of quick movement tend to burn a lot of calories. This is my favorite site for figuring out how many calories I burn doing different activities. It's got almost any activity you could think of:

Walking, dancing, swimming, jogging, aerobic classes, stationary bike, elliptical, any activity that will get your heart rate up for 20 minutes or more.
