Obsessing about your weight is unhealthy for both your mind and your body. As a straight 'A' student you should concentrate on your mind remaining healthy and try some easy exercises that you enjoy to keep your body healthy. It isn't about how slim and trim you are it is actually about how kind, considerate and intelligent you are. The last three attributes will get you much further in life than beauty ever will. Outer beauty is only skin deep, inner beauty is unforgettable and much more appreciated.

You are probably just thinking too much. You should talk to somebody - friends, family, etc. You should also see a doctor, and ask him/her if your weight is average for your age and if you might have an eating disorder. You shouldn't let something like weight put you down and have a major affect on your grades.

I think if you started working out and doing something about your weight you might feel better, then you could focus on your grades. When you aren't so worried about your weight, you can deal with other things. Being obsessed with anything isn't good, no matter what it is.

Girls always worry about their weight. My advice is everyone thinks that they are too fat. If you really believe this then do something about it. work out and diet are the best ways to lose weight but please don't become anorexic or bulemic you will just be hurting yourself instead of making yourelf healthier. just eat more fruits, vegetables and lean proteins and run or jog 4 times a week and try to do some sit ups too!

Talk with someone about this, parents, counselor etc. It seems a lot of women/girls have problems with weight issues.

I think you should talk to your parents because you sound like you have an eating disorder.
