this is very true...we have terrible problems with TB in Miami, Dade County...not many ppl know about it...its from many nations in the Caribbeans ...I really don't want to name the countries, but I know of one that is absolutely famous for it!

All american babies are required to have TB innoculations, I don't think that is the standard in Mexico. So no, I don't think it will be a problem.
