I just recently started excersising 5 times a week. My appetite has increased and I eat more. I still eat fairly healthy but I was wondering if I will still lose weight even if I am eating more. I am doing 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine. Then about 15 minutes of weight training. I do this mon- fri but take saturdays and sundays off. Any advice?

It will still result in weight loss as long as you're eating fewer calories than you burn. It's probably better to increase the amount of food you eat. If your body is telling you it's hungry, you have to feed it. If you don't, your body will think it is starving. Then during exercise, you'll burn muscle for energy. This will cause your metabolism to slow down and make weight loss much harder. So in the end it's better to eat until you're full. Just make sure you eat wholesome foods. Fiber and grains will keep you fuller for longer. Stay away from sugars and saturated fats.

I think the best thing to do is to eat smaller amounts throughout the day. Rather than 3 regular meals, eat 6 small ones. This will increase your metabolism and you won't feel as hungry.

You will gradual your metabolism down by way of doing that. This implies that after your frame is going via the hunger interval (and it'll with just one meal an afternoon), then you're going to ultimately get so hungry that you're going to must devour extra. Then you're going to reap weight quicker seeing that your metabolism is slower. You will ultimately reap weight with this plan. Don't do it. Instead, rely your energy. Go on-line and uncover a calorie calculator, and it'll inform you what number of energy an afternoon you must devour. Then devour that quantity. You can uncover the energy in your meals by way of watching on the dietary know-how.
