Search eBay for cameta auctions. They are a trusted dealer (I bought a lens from them once)
Look for refurbished cameras, maybe last year's models. You may have to give up a few features for less than $100, but you should be able to find a nice Canon, Olympus, or Nikon for around that mark.

just go to best buy dot com or something an they'll have plenty of selections in ranges of prices.
