Where you're moving around at a normal pace but suddenly your mind seems to speed up and you feel like your rushing but you're really not? I'm not sure how to put it in words... If you understand what do you think is behind it?

you may have high blood pressure or maby diabetes.

I'm sure there are many possibilities depending on other symptoms, if it's just that I'd talk to a doctor. If it's coupled with sadness, hyperness, irrational thinking, fear... I might consider the possibility of it being the manic state of bi-polar disorder... Granted, this is only a guess as I am bi-polar and I can relate to your description.

Yes, except mine was when I spoke even though I wasn't in a hurry, I felt like I had to blurt the words out really fast.

I have no idea what causes it.

You might be stressed by anything. Try to think of anything that might be stressing you out and try to fix it.

That happens to me sometimes when I've been still for a while. Maybe go for a run, that helps me.
