It is a mortal sin if you plan on looking at naked women on the internet, yes. It is only a venial sin if you accidentily come upon the pictures. Every time you see one of those pictures, you should confess this to your priest at the next closest confessional time, and pray for the conversion of those women.

What is the catholic teaching on this subject. If is against the rules, then it is sin for you. If you are going to be catholic-you must be a real one or that is a sin too.

Yes It is a sin. You are looking at something that excites lust and incites the desires of your flesh. You need to stop doing it. You can become addicted to it where you cannot resist looking at pornography. Many people who become such addicts commit crimes and endup in prison for what they do. Talk to your parents or priest or teacher.
also, listen to ttb.org for something more positive.

You bet it's a sin and you know it too. Not only that you are setting yourself up for sexual addiction that will affect you into adulthood. I suggest you stop and find another form of entertainment that is better for you. Just because you are a teenager doesn't mean you need to go with your animal urges. Be smart, stop it now. Obviously you are guilty about it or you wouldn't be asking.

Matthew 18
7"Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to sin! Such things must come, but woe to the man through whom they come! 8If your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life maimed or crippled than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into eternal fire. 9And if your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell."

According the the Catholic faith, most things are sin. You're 15, and I think it's completely normal for you to be doing what you're doing, as long as you are not looking at photos of children or any other sick things. I doubt God will punish you for that.

Its not a sin to be curious. Sin comes in when you lust after these pictures and have lustful thoughts.

Yes. It's a sin. Get a girlfriend and look at her when you're old enough. Don't forget to protect yourself. And drop out of religion. Catholicism is not your friend.
