well i would tell my teen i want him/her to be active if he/she is unwilling to find things on there own then there is always cleaning the garage/ basement/attic. yard work washing your car getting in fire wood or plowing the north 40. i am sure after some labor they will be more than willing to find things like sports ect to fill there time. if not well then wow look at all the work you got done around the house, and hey if they like doing those things i know a young man who bought his first car and paid some of his clothing costs doing odd jobs.

When I was growing up, we had a TV, but we were only allowed to watch it for an hour during the day and then after dinner, we'd watch tv as a family. So what did we do with all of that spare time? We went outside and played games until dusk. Soccer, tennis, basketball, etc.

A child may complain of boredom with no TV and no computer, but they will eventually find something productive to do with their time. Also, he/she will appreciate the time that he.she gets to spend watching TV or using the computer more.

Anabolic steroids are increasingly important to keeping teens active. Steroids are necessary for your child to have a chance in competitive sports. You will see your childs activity level increase, but beware of violent mood swings.

If I were still a teenager I would say sex, as an adult I would have to recommend....sex. Really its the best part of the teenage years. Afterwards you just got taxes and paid time off to look forward too. As John Kerry would say...otherwise you are going to join the military and end up in Iraq! :P
