My favorite pork steak meal is one my mom made when we were growing up.
Put your pork steaks in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper and garlic. Add one sliced onion and 1-2 cans of condensed chicken rice soup and a little bit of water.(half can) Cover with foil and bake in oven (350 degrees) for 45min-1 hour. Remove steaks and make gravy from soup and drippings. We always serve it with boiled carrots, mashed potatoes and corn.

I just thought I'd give you the recipe...
"Chinese Pork Steaks" - Serves 6
2 1/3 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 lbs. pork cutlets; cut in strips
To make marinade, combine stock with ginger, honey and soy sauce; marinate pork at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375*. Skewer pork; place on rack in roasting pan. Bake 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally, until done.
(TIP: Skewer meat alternatively with pearl onions, mushroom caps, and red, green and yellow bell peppers.)

Well in the summer we smoke them, we absolutly love Pork steaks, I like them cooked on the George Foreman Grill, sometimes we broil them in the oven, another way is cut in small strips roll in flour, brown in olive oil, add 1 can of rotel tomatoes, let simmer for about 30 minutes, or if you don't like the rotel tomatoes, add 1 can of mushroom soup & a small amout of water, & always use spices you like, we like garlic powder, creole, black pepper, I always put the spices on & let set in fridge about 4 hours. As far as I'm concerned there is no such thing as a bad pork steak.
