I have naturally curly hair, and naturally curly hair is naturally frizzy and dry, but my hair dresser says I have incredibly healthy hair. I don't know the length of your hair, but this is how I take care of mine, whick is almost to my waiste, so pretty long. I wash it only once every 2 to 3 days because water dries hair, nails and skin. I only shampoo close to the scalp because that is where the healthiest hair is and where the natural body oils are and where it stinks the most when it has been a few days, rinse and repeat. I only condition the hair at the nape of my neck and below, because that is where the drier older hair is and where the conditioning needs to be concentrated on. You do not need to condition near the scalp because that is where your natural oils go, so that part of the hair is conditioned naturally, plus if you condition there it actually gets build up more easily and faster. But for you if your hair doesn't feel as soft then condition it. I use Panteen Pro-V, people claim it has wax and is bad for your hair and dries it out, but it does not. I dye my hair but it is super shiny and healthy. I use the clarifying shampoo in the clear bottle, I barely have to use any and it lathers really nicely, it gets my hair the cleanest and most body, oh and don't use very hot water when washing your hair, the hotter it is the more dry and damaged it will make your hair. The conditioner is in the easily squeezable upsidedown bottles, that taper at the top, where the cap is at the bottom (that's the best I can describe it, not in the harder plastic bottle where the cap is at the top the shampoo bottle I reccomend), the Deep Hydrating and Restoratives kind. They are a thicker conditioner and work better than regular conditioners, they are very close to the kind of conditioners you get when you dye your hair. My hair is so silky that I can only use hair ties to keep it back or else it will just fall out of any clip, especially when I staighten it. I never blow dry my hair, I never use hair spray. If I want it straight, I wash it the night before, let it dry over night with no product in, and my straightener is so good, that one swipe through and it is stick straight so no damage there. If I want it curly, tame and under control, I use Frizz-Eaze step 4 Dream Curls Curl Perfecter. It is non sticky when wet, and does not make my hair feel or sound crispy or like dry hay when dry. I keep the water in my hair once I've rinsed out most, not all, of the conditioner (it is good to keep some in to help protect your hair from drying out.) spray the product in, work it through the same way I lather shampoo, then squeeze the excess water and such out, wrap a towell around it to soak up more water, then let it air dry while I sleep. I wake up with intact lovely shiny tame and under control curls. This product is in the pump spray, non aerosol bottle.
I hope I helped. I tried to be as thorough as possible. GOOD LUCK and Have Fun!!!

:)

Yes, however provided that you wish to and be certain a official does it. I've visible such a lot of fail pink hair dye jobs. It's tough to get pink dye to seem traditional or attractive for that topic. however do not fear approximately it when you wish to get into the punk scene.
