How brutal is the training?

It's brutal-especially hell week. If your thinking of joining up to become a SEAL, be damn sure you have the testicular fortitude to get through and no physical defects. I tell you from experience, I joined for that reason, was promised a waiver for lasik surgery and was denied after it was too late. I spent the next several years driving a desk on an aircraft carrier.

Hell Week is brutal, the rest is just PT, swimming, running, orienteering in the dark, getting your equipment right, and not dying! Check out the BUD/s warning order.

brutal don't expect just muscle buff guy can survive guys like the rock, brock probably can survive, because is training of everying from frogman style diver training to parachua expert jump? basically u had to conquer all u fear, sea, air, and combat and of coruse metal.
