Honey Dipped Chicken
1 chicken, cut in pieces
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 lb. butter
Sauce:
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
Melt 1/4 pound butter in shallow pan in oven at 400 degrees. Dip
chicken in flour, salt, pepper, paprika mixture. Remove pan from oven
and place in chicken parts. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. While
chicken is baking, melt 1/4 pound butter. Add honey and lemon juice.
When chicken has baked 30 minutes, pour sauce over chicken. After 15
minutes, turn chicken over and baste with sauce. Bake additional 15
minutes or until done

Quick, Easy -N- Fast Sesame Chicken With Honey Dip Recipe
1 1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 t. dry mustard
1 T. onion, minced
1 lb. chicken breasts, skinless-boneless, poached and cut-crosswise into 1/2" strips
1/2 C. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 C. sesame seeds
2 T. honey
1 T. dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 425°F degrees. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the mayonnaise, the dry mustard, and the onion; mix to blend well. Add chicken and toss to coat.
In a shallow bowl, toss bread crumbs and sesame seeds to mix. Roll chicken strips in bread crumbs to coat. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until lightly browned and crisped.
Meanwhile, blend remaining 1 cup mayonnaise with honey and Dijon mustard. Serve as a dipping sauce with the chicken strips.

I don't know about the diner but I put some frosted flakes in my food processor and make crumbs out of them.Them I dip my chicken pieces in butter then the frosted flake crumbs,put it on a baking sheet and bake in a 375 oven until nnice and crisp and cooked through. The chicken is sweet and tastes like fried even though it is baked try it.

HONEY FRIED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
1 (4 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 packet chicken bouillon granules
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 quart vegetable oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
In a shallow dish or bowl, mix together the garlic powder, chicken bouillon granules and flour.
Wash, pat dry and season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then coat each seasoned chicken piece with honey.
Dredge honey coated chicken pieces in flour mixture, coating completely.
Fill a large, heavy skillet with oil to a depth of one inch. Heat over medium-high heat.
Fry chicken for at least 6-7 minutes per side, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
