My Brother popped a fountain pen open and it got every where but he didn't notice that it got on his scalp and it was there for three days. I'm really worried, Will he get ink poisoning?

No the only way tog et ink poisoning is to digest it, you might be able to get it if you spill ink into an open cut, but its practically impossible to get ink poisoning from ink to skin contact, he's fine.

No Im a graffitti writer and I always have permanant marker ink on my hands no he wont get ink poisoning dont worry.

No.. Our skin is a great barrier against that sort of thing. He will probably just be stained for a while.
