These feelings you are having are perfectly normal. It seems that things deep down inside are not as they appear to be on the surface. Faking it is not good for your general disposition. One needs to be satisfied to feel happy with the goings on in ones life. You may want to add some ***** to your daily routine just to break the norm. See if perhaps some dance lessons or some other fun activity may give you the necessary relief. You most definitely need to change some things to give yourself some more pleasure. Monotony can make you question your sanity.

Feelings of depression has been considered by the A.M.A. as a "normal" part of human behaviour. Feeling it and questioning your "Sanity", could be a sign of enhanced depression. But because every person is different as to there level of "Sanity", it may be best to seek more info for yourself. There are tests you can take. Try Depression.com for help. They have a quiz you can take to determine your level of depression.

people are full of self-doubt. some people feel guilty of success and happiness because they know others do not have such happiness. If your successful and in love, think back on all the hard work you've done to deserve it. If that doesnt work give back to your family and community by volunteering or donating.
everyone is unsure thats normal. but if this is more than a feeling.... say if a voice says your sad GET HELP

Yes, I go through phases, but who knows we could both be going insane. When I get to the point where feel like I'm loosing control I start doing thing I enjoy. If you never went through these stages you wouldn't try to achieve your goals. I'm sure you went through these phases to achieve what you have.

Have you had a good cry lately? Sometimes when I feel unhappy crying really helps relieve all the emotions I have inside. I used to think that I was weak when I'd cry, but you're not. God gave us crying to pour out our emotions. Good Luck!

sounds like you might have a mood disorder, or clinical depression. get an evaluation...there are very good medications that can help you. please do it before you get beyond the losing control phase. clinical depression is nothing to be ashamed of...it's a chemical imbalance that you can't do anything about without medication to balance it all out. i take cymbalta...it has been like a miracle drug for me...there are many other anti-depressive drugs that are equally as good. best of luck to you.

Normal is to be mentally unwell. & who is normal? Most everyone is.
Use some introspection & find a path you can walk towards a better understanding of yourself.
