I have some greek salad made up...has anyone ever tried putting the greek salad on a sandwhich...maybe with some ham?? would it taste alright?? anyone tried it?? i want something new...

Try rolling the salad in a soft tortilla
or stuffing it into a pita bread.
Yummy!

Greek Salad Wrap
Makes 4 sandwiches.
4 - flour tortillas (10 inch)

1 - package (7 ounces) Mediterranean spreads hummus
2 - cups chopped lettuce
1 - cup chopped cucumber
1 - large tomato, chopped
1 - package (6 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1/4 - cup pitted ripe olives (optional)
1/4 - cup Italian Dressing
Spread tortillas with hummus.In medium bowl, add lettuce, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, olives and dressing. Toss.Spoon lettuce mixture onto tortillas and wrap.

Carolyn's got it right, a Pita pocket, I get that same thing at a place called the Falafel Palace, add the humus and cucumber sauce, just heaven in a pocket
