i am 33 years old and male, with a medium build. i am already in pretty descent shape. my question is will 4 hours a week in the gym make me look toned out? i am not looking to be a musclehead or anything, i just wanna look like i take care of myself, and i want to feel better. thanks

Four hours is a good amount of time. I spend around 5 a week and have gotten great results. I try to keep my workouts around 45min-60min. If you want a good workout plan and a buncjh of useful info go to www.ast-ss.comand sign up for the max-ot program. its free and is awesome.

you can get a tremendous amount done in four hours a week. I've been lifting for 6 years now and I work out 4 hours a week. I am 6' and 205 lbs. I can bench 320 free weight. it works. go for it.

run, lift, drink a gallon of water a day, and watch what you eat.
