These cravings are very difficult to get through! Try eating a healthy (but yummy!) snack such as granola bars, yogurt, 100 calorie packs, fruits, veggies, raisins, or trail mix. And instead of reaching for a canned soda pop, next time grab a water bottle. It is proven that if a person who regularly drinks soda pop exchanges it for water, they can lose weight on that alone. Also try improving your posture. It will make you look tall and lean! If you have extra time during your lunch break, take a small walk around your building or in a local park to help burn off some of the calories (but not the nutrients) you've just consumed.
