I use simply sleep almost (Okay, every) night. I have been using it for about a year. I'm not endangering my health am I?

my sister has been using that for a long time,hasn't seemed to bother her..there is also a pill you can get in the vitamin section,called"MELATONIN" , it works pretty good and fast,so ya better be ready for bed when ya take it...lol...

can you sleep without them? try going a week without them. don't keep thinking that you're not going to be able to sleep without them. if you can't go without them then i think you may have a dependancy. i used sleeping pills for a while too, but i stopped after 5 days and only use then when i have to wake up freakin early. just try going off of them and if you can't then check with your doc.

Sleeping pills may cause
01 weaken nerveous system
02 it can cause damage to corotic nerves
03 it also make you uncomfortable
04 using it you may notice incapable of talking too

try avoid it. try MEDITATION.

I don't know though, because I never take sleeping pills. Are you havng insomnia?

I never use them, they are addictive. You should not get into the habit of using them every night.

be sure you read the labels and ask your doctor, it may cause dependance. (I only use benadryl occasionally to put me sleep)

stop the pills, use vodka - works for me
