i dont need to lose weight. im 105 pounds 5 feet and im 15 years old. i dont wanna lose weight but i need to lose belly fat. how can i lose belly fat? any exericises? i dont mind if i lose some pounds by losing the belly fat but i need to lose it! any help please?

lots of exercise you can do.. like crunches or sit up.. or you can also try yoga or pilates..alternatively, try belly dancing!!
also, constipation and water retention will also results in bloated tummy...PMS also!! so take note of your water retention and bowel issues..
Don't always sit down.. do walk around more often.. and always stand tall as it helps to stretch the muscle.... take note of your diet too!!

You are most likely just carrying water weight, which makes you bloated. By the way you are lucky if you weigh 105 lbs no fair! Anyways the next couple of days try lower your salt intake and try to eat more water based foods like fruits and veggies. This should make your stomach shrink! Remember crunches never hurt!
