You have two choices; stay and be miserable or stand up and get out. Go home, move if you have to but get away from him. If he threatens you, then he can't truly love you. Because when people really love each other, they want what is best for the person.

So if necessary, pack up while he is at work, go to a safe place and stay the heck away from him. Report him to the police if you think his threats are real.

First, you need to consider the fact that he is serious. A lot of women are "threatened" and think it's talk. Then they find out that the guy meant it. When someone threatens you, you should get proactive...call friends, family, his family...make it known. Then, call the authorities. If this guy thinks he can bully you into staying with him, he needs to see you empower yourself and not be a pushover. Look to your future. What would you want your daughter to do if she found herself in the same type of relationship? He is NOT the kind of man you want or deserve and NO, he won't change...
YOUR safety comes first, NOT his feelings or pride when you are filing your complaint to the police. Don't back down...this same situation happened to me as a young woman... You can do it..TRUST ME!! Your future is with someone else. His future will eventually be behind bars if he doesn't grow up...

If you want to leave him, just do it. His threats should not hold you back. Like for how long this'll gonna be? It's not like you'll end up marrying him, because obviously, there's no future in this relationship. Tell your family and friends of his threats so that they will watch over you. If his threats are really serious, let him know that you will not hesitate to call the police (which you WILL). Go to the police station if you think necessary with a family member, and I'm sure the officer there will give you some tips and guidelines of what you can do to protect yourself. Good luck.

Leave him anyway. While he is not there take your stuff (if you live with him) and go somewhere safe. Don't tell him where you are going. He has no right to threaten you. If he does anything bad to you then call the cops.

Leave him. Now. Tonight. And don't tell him where you are. Tell all your friends what's going on and have someone with you all the time. If he tries anything, have his useless *** thrown in jail and let him rot in there.

This is all about control, and whether you control your life or someone else controls it is up to you. Either you own you, or someone else does. Period.

Call the police. You should not feel that you are obligated to stay with him and you should also not take his threats lightly. Get some help.
