I've got this horrible thing (I don't know if it is a cold sore, blister, or really gross pimple) && I need to get rid of it! Is there anything I can put on it to make it go away QUICKLY. I have to make a presentation tomorrow! Any help is greatly appreciated!!

If it is a pimple put toothpaste on overnight... you could put some ice (in a washcloth) on it now to take away the swelling & redness... DON'T pick it. That will only make it worse. As far as covering it... they do make blemish cover (it's green) I know it sounds strange but the green tint covers the red and it really really works! I used it today. Just put it on under your regular makeup. Good luck.

Buy Herpecin...it works the quickest for cold sores...not overnight though...maybe a little difference. A little expensive but trust me....definately worth it.

Sounds impossible to me, I'm no expert though. Use carmex and take vitamins over time and it will help it go away faster, until then just do your best to cover it up.

I don't think you can make it go away overnight. Just cover it up as best you can. Sorry :-(
