Turkey.
The truth is Tofu is a very dangerous product to ingest and the Internet is full of really sad stories about people who though they were eating healthy and ended up in a health mess from soy products.
I was Tofu for a long time until it totally messed up my thyroid. I started losing my hair and had all sort of other unpleasant symptoms; about a year later my doctor finally decided it was soy products (tofu, etc). I quit tofu and soy. The doctor changed my thyroid medication and I feel like a new person.
Tofu is full of pseudo hormones that will block your body's natural hormones (female hormones) and also some medications you take for hormone replacement: like thyroid medication.
Soy is not really good for humans or animals either
No to tofu.

Just in general...? I'd go with turkey. But I still like tofu, especially in soup. I'm not a picky guy... as long as it's edible I'll give it a try. Just gotta be open minded when trying things out.

Tofurkey.
Tastes just like turkey but much better for you cause it doesn't have the triptophane that turkey has, so you won't need a nap after eating it.
