I have a bag of dried cranberries. What are some good things to make with them? I was looking for some sort of cranberry quick bread also. I would like the recipes to be fairly simple. Thanks!

I throw them in stove top stuffing. Also thrown them in chicken salad. If you like edamme (soy beans) you can used cooked shelled bean saute them in a little seasme oil with some green onions add the dried cranberries and serve or white rice or rice noodles.

This is what I do sometimes.

But a box of Pumpkin Bread, and when you mix all the ingredients add about 2 hand fulls of dried cranberries in the batter. I swear it works, cause I do it alot - we buy those huge bags of Costco cranberries, and I have to use them!

Good luck.
