Here is what a narrow bridge sign looks like. What the driver is suppose to do when they see one is slow down. That way if there is not enough room for the driver to cross the bridge (example: Another vehicle coming from the other direction, driver's vehicle to wide, etc) then they will have time to stop.

It looks something like a tall, fat hourglass on an orange warning sign. It means to slow down, pay attention for oncoming drivers ahead of you, and keep well to the right in case there are oncoming drivers. Hope this helps.

Or yield the right of way to the vehicle that is closest to the bridge.
