I don't know how overweight you are, but if it something that is really bothering you...then do something about it...join a gym;exercise more; stabilize your eating habits. But, if you are worried about it just to get a boyfriend...then you are worrying for the wrong reasons. There are guys out there who will appreciate you for the person you are and not for the size that you are. They will love you for your personality; your smile; your humor....those are the things that will truly make a relationship that will last.
Lose the weight for yourself....no one else.

Well I am an overweight woman myself and have never really had trouble getting a boyfriend. Its all in how you show yourself. Act confident. You should work at loosing the extra weight but that doesnt mean you need to be a 36-24-36. If you are not happy at the weight you are at then do somethign about it. All body's are beautiful, you just have to learn to love yours and to show it.

Well, work out rigorously...but don't worry about the fact of having a man anytime soon. Just do you, and be yourself! If you do things that appeal to guys already, they'll come to you. But don't change. Good Luck & God Bless!

Fist of all, you need to seek professional advise. See a dietician who will be able to guide you through a proper diet and regular exercise.
There is NO fast way of loosing weight by means of a pill or slim wraps. Its all about eating proper and the right kind of food and regualr exercise.

The only thing that will get you a boyfriend, a healthy one that is, is truly loving yourself and life. Find out what you need to do to get to that point. It may involve losing weight, but it may not. Maybe it involves learning to belly dance, taking up gourmet cooking, learning an instrument. Follow your BLISS and you will attract love.

Go on a whole self improvement kick and see how much better you feel. Don't eat when you're anxious or depressed but go for a workout or swim or bike ride or walk instead.
